Job Description –

The beneficiary has 8-10 years of strong in-depth technical and functional experience within Microsoft Dynamics CRM application.

Hands-on MSCRM technical and MSCRM upgrade process

Provide the Technical design and architecture for the MS CRM (MSCRM 2011 or 2013) systems.

Review the design and architectural specifications, code reviews

Design the data migration and entity relationship diagrams as required.

Provide the inputs for architectural specifications and design guidelines.

Attend the meetings and provide updates / reviews on all artifacts as required.

Review the entity relationship diagram, mentor, and co-ordinate and lead all the technical deliverables for MS CRM systems.

Provide reviews, inputs to configuration management tools and Release management tools and take care of the release management where required.

Design and performance tuning of the systems to prevent defects and improve the systems availability and maintenance.

Provide the knowledge transfer of the artifacts developed as required.

Data migration and data validation as required and review the same

Job Description -

The DTCC ADM Senior Application Architect (SAA) applies a broad and deep technical knowledge in order to design, construct, and improve critical systems.  The SAA will participate from the very early stages of an initiative, working with the   business, Functional Architects, and subject matter experts on related systems, to propose solutions that solve the business’ problems. This involves working with the Domain Application Architect, other SAAs, and technical contributors at all levels, to make well-informed solution and improvement recommendations.  This position provides leadership and guidance to teams and the business through all phases of projects, including post-deployment support for adoption by users.  This means assisting in the development of, and analyzing business processes, participating in application design, supporting development teams, testing, and service introduction to clients.  The SAA must possess strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to describe technical solutions in the terms of the business.  This position requires working closely with the functional and governance functions, reviewing and interpreting functional and technical designs and specifications, estimating costs and producing schedules.

 

Knowledge & Skills:

Assists in technology selection decisions; manages technology risk for the project team

Works with Infrastructure partners to stand up development, testing, and production environments

Works with Infrastructure partners to choose optimal hosting environment

Job Description –

The IT Risk Analyst will assist in IT Risk Governance, Analysis, and management activities. Responsible for developing risk dashboards, adaptors/connectors to data sources, implementing risk calculation engines, configuring tools and providing requirements to technical teams. DTCC will be leveraging ISACA’s RISKIT and NIST RMF frameworks. Risk Management responsibilities will include maintaining risk register, getting involved in the risk acceptance/mitigation/avoidance process, develop metrics and IT risk KRIs.

Principal Responsibilities

1) Develop and maintain IT Risk Dashboard that provides current IT Risk posture

2) Gain knowledge of existing IT Risk scenarios, when and how to apply them. Enhance/develop new scenarios as appropriate

3) Gain knowledge of existing IT Risk controls, when and how to apply them. Be conversant with the relevant control effectiveness measures for the controls. Enhance/develop new controls as appropriate

4) Develop cost benefit analysis models for applicable assessments and articulate risk in monetary terms

5) Document assessment results in IT Risk register, drive risk management processes such as acceptance, mitigation, avoidance, track action plans and ensure processes are being followed

6) Develop metrics and IT Risk KRIs for specific processes, track, monitor and provide regular reports on the metrics

7) As needed integrate/automate manual IT risk processes with resident IT Risk tools using macros, SQL and scripting. Test and ensure accuracy of information resident in relevant IT Risk data stores

8) Review new regulatory guidelines from SEC, FFIEC, NIST etc. and compare against existing controls, policies and processes. Identify gaps, propose new controls to close gaps and drive creation and adoption of the controls

9) Regularly assess the adequacy and effectiveness of IT controls, security policies, and remediation activities to ensure alignment with organizational risk tolerance, and compliance with laws, regulations, industry mandates, and contractual obligations. Initiate actions to ensure that compliance, security and risk gaps are successfully remediated or mitigated with compensating controls.

10) Document and report status of agreed upon remediation plans, owners and commitment dates

11) Document and maintain IT policies and standards. Ensure exceptions are assessed for risk and documented. Lead and participate in annual policy review processes. Ensure technology teams understand how to deploy, comply with and monitor technology policies and standards.

12) Maintain mechanisms to determine measure and report to management an accurate view of IT risk, including, but not limited to repeatable risk identification and evaluation processes, scorecards, surveys, heat maps, and risk register. Provide information risk management consulting to technology teams.

13) Maintain mechanisms to effectively measure and report to management the state of compliance and information security including, but not limited to, control catalogs, compliance requirement matrices, deficiency evaluations, and dashboards. Provide compliance consulting to technology teams.

14) Coordinate and ensure the appropriateness of responses to technology audits and audit-related activities

15) Participate in process improvement initiatives

Experience

1) 10+ years overall business experience

2) 5+ years of Information Technology experience with focus on IT Security/Risk

3) College degree in related technical / business areas

4) Certification in or progress toward at least one designation in an information security, risk, compliance or related discipline (e.g. CISA, CISM, CISSP, CIPP, CIA, CPA, etc.)

5) Prior experience working with diverse, cross-functional, cross-departmental projects and technologies; PMP certification a plus

6) Well-rounded understanding of technology, operations and key business processes

7) Strong interpersonal skills

8) Excellent written and verbal communication skills

9) Intermediate to advanced proficiencies with MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint as well as SQL knowledge highly desirable

In the role of Technology Lead, you will interface with key stakeholders and apply your technical proficiency across different stages of the Software Development Life Cycle including Requirements Elicitation, Application Architecture definition and Design in identity and Access Management domain especially using SailPoint IdentityIQ product. You will play an important role in creating the high level design artifacts. You will also deliver high quality code deliverables for a module, lead validation for all types of testing and support activities related to implementation, transition and warranty.  You will be part of a learning culture, where teamwork and collaboration are encouraged, excellence is rewarded, and diversity is respected and valued.

 

Responsibilities:

Execute on an IAM roadmap that meets security requirements for greenfield end to end deployments, managed services IAM deployments (IDAAS), hybrid cloud deployments, Mobile security, fine grained access control, policy driven security, SSO, user provisioning/de-provisioning, and federation focusing on multiple protocols (SAML, OpenID, Oauth)

  1. Design and develop scalable, secure, service oriented, and maintainable solutions that meet requirements, adhere to information security policies and standards.
  2. Conducting client workshops to facilitate design, role engineering, strategy definition, etc.
  3. Communicating to clients and partners aspects of both the product and the implementation at the technical and/or functional level appropriate for the situation

Requirements:

       5+ years of professional work experience as part of an enterprise software company or systems integrator. This should include 5+ years of enterprise software implementation experience.

  2. At least an year experience in using SailPoint IdentityIQ product
  3. Experience with IAM technologies such as Identity Management, Access Management, Identity Analytics, Role Based Access Controls, Directories, etc.
  4. Experience with one or more IAM technologies and tools from Oracle, Sailpoint, IBM, CA, Novell, Hitachi, Okta, Ping, etc.
  5. Working knowledge with federated identity and web services security concepts such as SAML, Liberty ID-FF and ID-WSF, WS-Federation and WS-Security
  6. Experience with at least one of the following: Java, .Net, JSP/Servlets, SQL, Shell Scripting, JavaScript, etc.
  7. Experience setting up and installing software on both Windows and Unix (Linux, Sun, HP, AIX) platforms
  8. Experience with Databases (Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL, MySQL).
